Q: How frequently you update your sections?
A: The updating policy for the sections are as follows: STORIES, CARTOONS, SOLO and FANTASY sections are updated around the 15 every month, PICS, VIDEOS, CASES updated around the 30 every month. INCEST THEATER is updated every 8 and 23 each month.

Q: Why did you use the VIVO format for the videos:?
A: VIVO is an excellent format, we can compress 10 minutes of high quality, 320x200 video in only 3MB !!, that lets you enjoy more video with much less download time, we did this to best serve you, and we are the only incest site using this technology now, with MPG or AVI, those 3MB will last only 10 or 12 seconds

Q: Why sometimes the INCflector is too busy and sometimes there's nobody in there?
A: INCflector is up and running 24 hours at day, with two video conference reflectors, however, we have noted that the members most active hours are from 9:00PM to 3:00 Miami time, so if you connect at 10:00AM, may be there's nobody in there, and in rare cases, if you try them at 12:00AM (typically on a Friday), you can find them very busy.

     Each reflector has a capacity of 35 simultaneous members, so the maximum capacity is 70 simultaneous members.

Q: Do i need to cancel my Web900 subscription or it expires automatically?
A; Web900 subscriptions expires automatically 30 days after purchased, so it not need to be canceled

Q: What can i do if i don't want to be monthly re-billed?
A: You need to cancel your subscription, you can do this using the 'Account cancellation' form in the Help Desk facility

Q: Why your english is so bad?
A: We sorry for this, we are in Germany, and our translators are not so good, but we plan to solve this in the near future.

Q: Can i contact the families involved in the Cases page?
A: We offered this option a time ago, but it proved to be overwhelming for them, specially for the amount of e-mail they received asking for pics, so they are now guaranteed of having absolute privacy.
